OION 4-in-1 True HEPA Air Purifier 3 Speeds Plus UV-C Sanitizer (White)

This is a great compact air purifier for a small space. I bought it for my office which is about 100 sq ft with furniture in it. I have bad allergies to dust and this has really helped eliminate the issue. With sleep mode I can on be conf call and not be disturbed. It is quiet.By the way the customer service is amazing. The product showed up without a filter and I didn’t want to return as a replacement will take a while due to back order potentials. Perfectly as the customer service handled it, after my request email, they rushed me a replacement in 2 days. So great!

I have three cats that spend most of their time in my bedroom. I purchased this to circulate fresh air and help contain pet fur and dander. It is easy to set up. I like having three speeds with the option to turn UV-C Sterilizer on/off, including the sleep timer/function. The lowest speed is quiet and becomes louder as you turn the speed faster.I’ve been using it for a little over two weeks and my room smells fresher. I also noticed less pet fur in my room when I sweep/vacuum but wish it could remove more. If you want a portable purifier, this fits the bill. If you want a purifier that will do a better job removing pet hair, you’ll have to look into something larger.

When I got this I was very excited because I got it at the Black Friday sale so the price is decent. Reviews seemed good so I went ahead and got it when it came and when I was going through the instructions it looks like it has an additional UV fields that you have to replace and the picture. The instructions it looks like is not there. It’s on the opposite side I think or mine is missing. I’m not really sure which one but it is rather confusing because where the picture of it going in is there’s nothing there. There’s no room to put it and it said to install it but I never got one so I’m hoping it came pre-installed. My next problem with it is I set it up before bed one night and it would work great in the morning. You can really feel the difference , I was very impressed and pretty stoked about the quality in it was very happy. About 2 night more nights past and I noticed that the quality and too decline didn’t work nearly as well and nothing changed after about 4 or five nights it went back to being like I didn’t even have anything running. It is running but it doesn’t feel like it is working at all anymore. I’m pretty familiar with these kind of products. I use them all over my house or my car. I have this particular one running in a small bedroom and my RV for guests. I follow the directions as best as I could with them being kind of confusing about the UVC light. I tried the settings every single different way and I’ve made sure the filter is clean and installed and everything like that. I can’t seem to figure out the problem is I don’t understand why it works so well the first night and after that it just became worse and worse. I think I’m going to have to return it because it isn’t seeming to work at all though so I’m pretty disappointed. Bummed out about it also, there’s a magnetic plate on the front that is where you changed the HEPA filter and “”UV filter” I feel like this could potentially be pretty easily bumped off because it is very weak we put on there. I have mine up and out of the way so everything like that could happen but I definitely see it could be a problem for someone
